DuhDeal processes account information, profile names, usernames, transaction records, shipping information, listing media, messages, support and safety reports, device/diagnostic information, payment-related identifiers, and records of required marketplace agreements such as the agreement version, typed electronic signature, and acceptance time.
Payments
Raw payment-card and bank credentials are handled by Stripe or other approved payment providers rather than stored directly by DuhDeal.
Why we use information
We use information to operate accounts, listings, transactions, messaging, trust and safety, support, fraud prevention, marketplace agreement records, legal compliance, and service reliability.
Deletion and retention
Users may request account deletion from the account page. Some transaction, payment, safety, agreement, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal records may need to be retained when permitted or required by law.
